From Cherry
The coffee plant same as other fruit tree, take a few years to grownups and get maturity to produce first branch of fruit, cherries. CHERRIES from initial green color to ruby color as they ripen. Farmer only pick the ripe cherries to ensure sweeter and more complex flavor in the cup and they will do multiple harvests by hand picked with LoVe
Every cherry carry two seeds, which will finally to transform to a cup of coffee after a series of processes. Different methods (washed, natural, and other processing) will get dramatic effect in the resulting CUP.
